8.000 años después (8.000 years later)

Fri. 27th 12:30pm + 5pm Amics de les Arts Price: 70' Price: 7€

8.000 years later is a performative installation that stems from the interest to dive into the beginning of agriculture as a turning point that defined the course of humanity. To make science-fiction from prehistory, speculating and questioning some linear and blurry reconstructions of what happened 8.000 years ago. A projection to the past to speculate about the future based on the investigations made by nyamnyam collective (Iñaki Álvarez and Ariadna Rodríguez), specialized in the connection between various art forms and food.

The piece presented at TNT has three formal and discursive parallel lines: an installation built during the action, a projection about the archeology of the place and stories woven and told, in this case by Martí Sales.
